Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you absolute command over your mailboxes and newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponders and shield your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply choose the electronic mail account you would like to forward emails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
